This includes fully managed business grade service offering 7 days of level one priority support by Endeavour Connect. Across its network, Starlink maintains greater than 99.5% uptime across all customers – and higher for unobstructed installations. Uptime is measured without mitigating factors like weather and wire-cut outages.
Terms:
- Pro rata billing may be applicable based on the service start date within a month. Anniversary billing for services occurs on the 1st of each month.
- By default, services will be set to opt-out for excess data usage.
- Service plans are subject to change in response to adjustments from Starlink and CPI increases.
- Note this is an ongoing monthly service until you advise us to stop. Billing is from the first of each month. If you cancel mid-month, you are still charged for a full month.
